Our independent engineers are vetted according to their specialist skills, reliability and customer service. We recruit tradespeople from all over the UK and strive to use their collective expertise to better serve all our customers.

To maintain standards, we continually monitor and evaluate the performance of our engineers to ensure that they consistently are delivering a positive customer experience.

Please note: In some rare circumstances, we may have to transfer you out of our network to a trusted third party or boiler manufacturer. This will only occur when we feel that is the best and quickest way to resolve your issue.
